The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. Fantastic. If you’re looking for an upscale experience, do this. It’s right on Myeongdong, so if you want to go there, this is your hotel. It’s a smaller hotel but it’s a luxury hotel. While we were visiting the roof, had Jackie Chans car from one of his movies, they had borrowed it so we took some pictures there, which was pretty cool. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is close to several tourist locations, restaurants and shopping areas. The access is pretty easy from the airport (the bus stops right at the door) or by train (Seoul station is just 15 min by taxi), something really helpful if you come with family. The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....

The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...

Very centrally located in Myeongdong, steps away from the major shopping area district. The hotel is only a few months old, but very clean and convenient. They have an industrial washer and dryer on every floor , which was great to use nightly. Next to that there’s a coffee machine with fresh grinds, we took advantage of that every morning. I'm well traveled and have stayed at other Park Hyatts around the world. Park Hyatt Seoul is world class every step of the way. The airline lost our luggage and some museum posters we had purchased. The staff at the Park Hyatt went out of their way to contact the museum, re-purchase the artwork and send me new copies in the mail via courier service. They went the extra mile and deserve a world's best title. Stay here and you will be treated top notch. Mind blown. Big Hugs.
