Best business hotel. It’s worth and more….if visiting for biz. I had to check out from Coex- IC due to their 14 mos shutdown for Reno. By far… best biz hotel!

I was approached by several men if I want a massage at night. The staff at the front desk was not enthusiastic to help if you dont speak Korean. The facility is ok like 3 star not like 4-star hotel in Japan. The wall tiles in the bathroom are the same in the shower that cause mildew and potential slippery.

This is a good choice for a business hotel - it is very quiet and clean. My room had cracks in the wall, perhaps from a past repair or renovation, that looked shabby. There were other needed repairs. More than one towel was worn and had threads hanging off the hem. The hotel gym was smaller than expected, lacking standard equipment like elliptical and stair step machines. Skip the restaurant - Seoul food was excellent everywhere and the restaurant is just average. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Initially I was disappointed because the web site photos were much better and bigger than my room which had an extra bed for a 3rd person, but the manager was apologetic for the small room being in Gangnam and provide some complementary breakfast which is appreciated and we enjoyed soaking our foot in the “foot spa” they have on the terrace and a nice meal out there so it all worked out in the end.

There's not much within walking distance but it's very close to a subway stop, which is all you need in Seoul, and very central to most things you'd want to do south of the river. The room itself wasn't anything special. I was kind of expecting more for the price. But it was fine. Clean, spacious enough, a nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Only three elevators servicing about 20 floors meant there was a bit of a wait at peak times but nothing terrible. I didn't eat there at all so can't comment on breakfast or dining facilities. The self service laundry facilities on site were great and seemingly being upgraded as I left. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I'd like to stay there again but it's just too expensive for what you get. I'm not entirely sure what the higher than average price was for.
