"There were 12 of us for our family weekend and not once did we feel cramped or on top of each other. All the couples had their own rooms and bathrooms as did the single kids. The house and property was beautiful and meticulously maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and there were plenty of towels in all bathrooms along with large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Donnis was very communicative and would reply quickly. Another perk was that it was dog friendly on the main level of the home and they were accommodating to us bringing three dogs. We look forward to coming back with the family again in the future. It was the perfect place for us to all gather!"

"This was a beautiful home! We loved everything about it. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for 8 guests to sleep, sit around and chat, eat meals and play games and Iowa Falls seems like a great little town."

"Very nice stay, lovely owner was so helpful...but I do want to mention....as a senior, only 5' tall...some cabinets were to high to reach, but luckily I did not need them. Also there are a few step ups to a couple rooms...but again...they did not bother me...My stay was nice & enjoyable, and I was able to accomplish my itinerary in those few days."
Charming home now with access to the Shell Rock River.<br>
