They use point of use electric water heaters, and it did not come on with the shower water flow. Had to turn on other faucets to get enough flow - maintenance came ..."
"Very nice experience. The property is beautiful, food was incredible and staff were very polite. Only minor complaint is that it took a very long time to receive your food (but well worth the wait). I would also suggest they have more than just one bartender for the entire resort. They were working ..."

"Excellent location with views across the water to Hassle Island and downtown Charlotte Amalie, and next to many excellent restaurants in the French Quarter. Quick walk to downtown yet airport is a quick drive in the opposite direction. Beautiful, large pool area with plenty of lounge chairs, tables and chairs. Coffee and tea available in the morning. Owners are extremely welcoming and helpful.
The rooms are in need of updating, but the location makes up for it."
"New owners are trying really hard to upgrade facilities and provide good service. Staff was overall very friendly, other than one front desk person who seemed to be having a bad day. Restaurant is good and on site. Pool bar not open every day, not sure why. Taxi needed to access town. No airport shuttle currently. I would stay again, the the pool area and view are beautiful!"
