The staff were extreamly helpful and thoughtful. I had a blackout in my room and it was sorted very quickly. The building is a bit tired looking and dated Good location to China Town ( easy 10 min walk) and Interstate trains (15 min Walk)

The hotel is well positioned in a walkable distance from transport, shops, restaurants in the charming inner city and staff is helpful and polite. We were lucky and got a carpark with was a bonus. I loved the option of being rewarded by $10/day if we chose not to get the room serviced and happily spent the money on breakfast on our last day. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a great stay here on my way back to Sydney. The staff were so helpful at check in. The bed was so comfortable and the room peaceful and quiet. A big thank you to Tony for taking me to the airport early the next morning!

GROSSLY OVERPRICED!! $600 p/night for what was supposed to be an "executive spa suite" what a joke! and waste of money. Was nothing more than any normal 3 star hotel along any highway in Australia, except it had a "jetted bath" I regularly stay in 4 and 5 star hotels and this was the biggest rip off joke for $600 p/night when in SYDNEY and MELBOURNE I recently was in harbour views, high floors, opera house and bridge views right on harbour front for HALF this rate of the Rydges in a simple Adelaide suburb and being charged $600 p/night for that standard. Absolutely shameless greed. Go elsewhere!! I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place...

Property was nice and clean. Bathrooms were a little dated but clean. We stayed 3 nights and no linen change. Only one real issue and that was that a fresh towel had a giant hard booger stuck in it. Was very gross!!
