The Hotel was very clean and the rooms were updated. The location is great very walkable and close to public transportation. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. Our biggest complaint would be the host at the breakfast buffet.
We sat down for the included buffet breakfast which in itself is very hard to navigate. It’s extremely busy and chaotic. The host scolded me and spoke so rudely to me for leaving with a piece of toast and a piece of fruit. I didn’t really eat at the buffet because I have a medical condition I asked an employee if I could take the little bowl I made with me. He said no problem. I assumed he was a manager by the way he was dressed and how accommodating he was.
However the next morning I was so embarrassed by the host. He scolded me again for leaving the day before with food, he just could not let it go m . He said I needed to read the sign pointed to a sign.
