The lobby, and restaurant area look pretty good. But the rooms definitely need an upgrade. Air conditioning not working properly all the time, you have to bang the door to the room to close it and open it, no coffee/tea amenities in room, no iron, no robe, no slippers. No bellhop to help with luggage. I have fallen on the front steps of the hotel twice because the steps didn’t have enough light and floor markers. No one came to help me even though I’m sure I was visible to the desk staff through the glass doors.

酒店位處的景觀一流，從酒店的陽台可見Oia半島的建築，步行至市中心約15分鐘。酒店人員服務水平超高，介紹附近餐廳景點資訊，乃至安排接送交通，甚至房間介紹等態度親切及非常幫忙。酒店提供歡迎的禮物包括紅酒一支，及雪櫃裡所有飲品大約有1瓶啤酒、5瓶汽水及1瓶礦泉水。早餐安排出色，前一天點好餐點後，翌日被安排在不同的海景露台用餐。被安排的房間浴室隙縫有點漏水，洗浴後幾乎浴室全濕，有點可惜。
