Beds were comfortable and clean, however the room had multiple coffee-colored stains on the carpet, on the bed skirt, and drips down the wall. Additionally, the bathroom sink had a leak underneath and one of our towels was damp from it and a bit musty. When we went to reception to report the issue and request a new towel, there was a long line so we did without (we did check in on a Friday afternoon, so busy was expected). I also noticed that the drain for the sink really needed cleaned, but you could only see it while sitting on the toilet. Pretty gross though…
There was trash in the hallway, we noticed it leaving in the morning and when we came back to check out a few hours later it was still there.
It’s overall a nice hotel, great atmosphere and lively lobby, but the cleanliness of a few areas seemed to be overlooked.
