"We would like to thank Michelle from guest relations for always being helpful and arranging a cake and wine for our anniversary she is a lovely lady. Also Nana in brunch she recognised us from 2 years ago she is another lovely lady we will miss her hugs and chats. We would also like to thank Vengellis at the beach bar a lovely young man always cheerful and remembered what we had to drink. All of the staff are lovely here. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Very clean and friendly place to go. We was a little disappointed with the food this time. They have a very good choice of food but it could be a bit hotter."

"Amazing. I was here with my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We went during half-term so there were a lot of kids but it was fine. The place is so huge that there are still plenty of quiet areas. The spa with a pool, hot tub (that could of been a little hotter), steam room and sauna were fantastic. The food options were great and I really loved the choice. You have to book the other restaurants before you arrive because I couldn’t get into any of them. Download the H club app before you get there. The entertainers where first class. They worked hard and brought such great vibes to the place. I wish them all the best in their future careers. Overall first class service, all the staff were so helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone. "

"Helpful staff, loads of Sun loungers on the beach which was good. Very good range of choice for the breakfast. Tennis courts and crazy golf. Bus stop directly outside- reliable bus service every 20mins to Rhodes town and Falaraki- other than that there’s nothing really around the hotel apart from other hotels all along the road "

"We stayed 6 nights with kids and grandkids. We enjoyed it very much. Nice pool area, great breakfast buffet, good exercise room. About 10 minutes by taxi to Old Town Rhodes. All in all, a very pleasant stay"

"From check in to check out the customer service provided was outstanding. This is our third visit to Elysium and each time it has been a true pleasure. Our upgraded room was amazing. Simply beautiful. Our room impeccably clean. Breakfast is very good, lunches around the pool or at Fresh Restaurant were excellent. "sun palace staff from the front desk to the dining staff and the housekeeping staff were all great! staff worked very hard to provide guests a good experience. The property itself needs an upgrade and several repairs need to be made. The cost of the resort and the all-inclusive status make it work for all income levels and guests traveling with children. we enjoyed our holiday very much and utilized the bus stop right across the street from the resort to go into Rhodes town and to go to Lindo's. my husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay as well as both of our birthday's. We enjoyed the island very much. The front desk staff had a bottle of wine and fruit in our room for our 25th wedding anniversary which was a very nice touch. "
