“Five stars for hose. Chris is such a great person. He helped us with our luggage’s and explain everything to us, gave us some excellent suggestions for dining. The room is a little small for the price but I can understand it they only rent out is nigh season and for the location the price is fair. It is also best for sunset as it is only 5 mins away from the famous Caldera.”

She was the most helpful person and communicated very well. She gave us great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. She made the stay the most enjoyable we have ever had at a property. And her sweet mother made us a delicious breakfast every morning. They cleaned our rooms while we had breakfast, which I tried to tell them was……

"We booked a sunset view suite. The view is nice with a jacuzzi. However, the water is not hot enough in my opinion. The hotel is quiet and clean overall speaking. We love the breakfast area and the poolside. The walk to Santo Mine is just a few minutes and relaxing. We enjoyed staying in Santo Pure. "
