“We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius.”

“Tout s'est relativement bien passé cependant je regrette que, sachant que Meknès rencontre des problèmes de traitement d'eau (coupure d'eau entre 21h et 6h30 du matin), l'hôtel ne nous ait pas mis à disposition des bonbonnes d'eau pour notre toilette et autre (Nous étions 2 dans la chambre) . J'ai déposé une réclamation auprès de la réception (qui n'est nullement responsable de cette situation), seulement voilà la direction elle ne s'est pas manifestée...
