Great location by the river, picturesque surroundings and very close to good restaurants and handy for the city centre including central station. The hotel is a bit basic but comfortable and clean. Amenities could be better - no tea/ coffee making in the room, there is a communal kettle in the reception area! The lifts get really busy so it's not super convenient popping downstairs to grab a cup of tea. Another little thing that leaves a bad vibe: I hadn't brought any shampoo and I'd seen a photo on the Expedia page with toiletries. But there was nothing at all in the room. When I asked about this, they said they only provide toiletries in the most expensive rooms. Come on! And they refused to give or even sell me any. That just seems mean. I didn't expect a luxury hotel but I thought it was a little expensive for what it was, without those basic things in place. Although admittedly it was middle of the holiday season.

Location is excellent and staff is very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and very varied. Room was extremely small and hot. There are no ACs in the room; there is a small fan that doesn’t do anything

The location is great!! Close to restaurants, grocery stores and public transportation.Lots to do in the area! The apartment was great, the elevator was a plus since we had lots of luggage! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay !!
