Staff are really nice and helpful. Location is amazing. We got into town early and the staff let us park the car so that we could walk right across the street to the beach/park. Also were able to check in a bit early. The restaurant on the property is super cute, really nice staff, and great food. The room was pretty minimalistic and we found ourselves needing more counter space. It was pretty clean. The bunk bed was a hit for the kids. There are some cool common areas, like a balcony with lots of seating that overlooks the lake.

This place was interesting. It’s nice, but certainly could use some updating. It’s a dual purpose hotel. Meaning there are weddings being held during your stay so there’s always people around. So if you need handicap access, you have to enter through the side, where the weddings are taking place. Kinda awkward. We had problems with the keys and there wasn’t anyone around to help us. The actual contactless check in was easy and we were even upgraded to a suite. Nice staff, they communicated very well. There’s really NO amenities at the hotel but water, ice and coffee. No food available, but it’s conventionally located near many eateries. Overall, I give this facility a solid “C.”
