“El apartamento era más grande de lo que esperaba. Planta baja: 2 dormitorios con 2 baños, en uno de los baños no se pudo usar la ducha. En planta alta un tercer dormitorio, sala comedor y cocina completa, bastante equipada pero no habia sarten y las fuentes de horno no estaban muy limpias. Hay lavavajillas. “Needed somewhere in Derry for a few days whilst visiting family. Very pleased that I found the snug, quiet, clean , comfortable with absolutely everything you would need for a stay in Derry. Spacious lounge, comfortable bed and a well equipped little kitchen complete with some cereals and coffee and some milk in the fridge. Absolutely top of my list for my next visit to the city.”

“At best the photos are misleading. The chairs in the photo were not there. The cooking utensils were one very small saucepan. The cups were dirty. There were no towels, tea towels or toilet rolls or plug for the kitchen sink. Central heating was an infrared heater on the wall. The sink in the bathroom was rusty and discoloured the water. The whole room was grubby. The WiFi and tv did not work. Several people tried and failed to get it working. The outside area was run down with broken equipment……

“The property was nice and clean and the location was good for going to The Giant's Causeway and Dunluce Castle The only thing that we found was a bit strange was the statue in the room. It was a little bit unnerving when you woke up in the middle of the night! We just turned it away from us”

"Hotel located in heart of Derry. Walkable to any where for sight seeing. But lots of pubs around the hotel a bit noise as we stay in 1st floor. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was neat and tidy. In general was a wonderful place to stay."
