“Friendly staff although half way through check in went and dealt with others. Tea/coffee making facilities but no tea/coffee (very odd), just a shower gel and soap bar in the bathroom, no shampoo/conditioner. There was water in the fridge though and our beds were made each day. Offered a deal on car hire but when we went back it's like we made it up. All this said though when we thought our ferry was cancelled, they happily made calls to get answers. I honestly think we just got the end of……

“We fell in love with the hotel and it's views. Instead of exploring the island we spent most of our time reading and relaxing by the pool or down on the nearby beach. promised ourselves a longer return visit.”

“I enjoyed everything about my stay at Kritikakis Village Hotel in Ios! The stuff, the customer service, the attention to detail reallly exeeded my expectations. Superior customer service. “Everything about this hotel was perfection! From being picked up at the port to the welcome drink on arrival! The staff here were friendly, helpful and aimed to make your stay amazing! Breakfasts were included and a perfect way to start your day and a fantastic selection of delicious prepared choices. We didn’t get to use the spa on property as our stay was short. There were two choices of pools, a bar and a beach with water sports right below hotel. We booked stand up paddling one afternoon……

“Views, excellent breakfast and great pools were appreciated. Supreme room was a bit funky but with terrace a good experience. Only complaint was no good lights to read by in bed. Staff was courteous, helpful and extremely friendly. We'll be back!”
