"This is a fabulous hotel in beautiful family friendly Pefkos. We were really pleased with our 2 bedroom apartment which was huge. The staff are all amazing, food at breakfast was gorgeous and we enjoyed eating at the pool bar too. "
"The stay was very pleasant. The hotel had recently opened. All the waiters and head chefs were very kind. The reception staff seemed a bit stressed and overwhelmed. The organization needs improvement. In the evenings, the programs were always spontaneous, and the guests had no idea what was planned for the day. The pictures on this platform do not match the actual rooms. The photos show direct access to the pool, but the description says otherwise — this could be adjusted to avoid being...
"Had a great 10 days here. Very clean, food was brilliant and loads of choice. Pizza near the pool were some of the best I have had. Pools were perfect temperature too. We stayed in an executive sweet with two children and there was ample space and comfort. Will definitely return! All staff worked hard and always smiling. Could not do enough for you. 5 stars from me. "
"We stayed as a family of four and we loved it! The staff, especially our receptionist George and bar man Jerry were just amazing! The hotel has family rooms with private pools and we used it daily! So wonderful! The area is calm and you can walk to Pefkos for meals and more action. The beaches were close enough to walk but we stayed more at the pool. The breakfast was lovely! "
"The pictures advertised on expedia.com were a lot different than reality. Bunk bed was not safe and our kids could not use it. Room quality, furniture etc were far from what we had seen on pictures"
