“I booked this property for just a one-night stay. Upon arriving in the evening, I noticed that the AC was leaking water and reported it to the staff. They informed me that the issue had been fixed. However, the next morning, I woke up to find the entire floor wet again because the AC was still leaking. Since I was checking out that day, I didn’t complain again.
