"Room was worn down and furniture was stained. Carpet was lifting in certain areas and smelled of mildew. Guests were very loud coming in at 2am and yelling through the halls. No one was present at the front desk to assist with complaints. The staff, on the other hand, was very nice upon arrival and the lobby made the property appear very cute and inviting. "

"This hotel was wonderful! Friendly and accomodating staff. The restaurant was handy; and the food and service were great. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. And the location of the hotel was so convenient to sites and activities in Santa Fe. Highly recommend!!!"

"Breakfast menu was adequate, fresh and well maintained. The woman in charge of breakfast was friendly. The woman who was at the desk when we arrived was nice. The man who checked us in was okay until we had a problem with the tv. I called and advised of the issue. He said be right down. After 45 minutes we went out for dinner, advised him the tv would not turn on. Came back to the tv on and a remote battery area broken. All in all it was adequate, would probably stay again for the price. "
