Al llegar no había personal que atendiera en recepción. Cuando llegó el señor se portó de forma grosera. No aceptó pago con tarjeta y cobró más de lo señalado en la reserva, alegando que como éramos 2 personas el costo subía. Al salir tampoco nadie en recepción y nunca respondieron, la reja de la calle cerrada, tuvimos que saltar el zaguán de salida porque se hacía tarde. Las habitaciones están bastante bien y la ubicación muy bien.

El personal súper amable, las instalaciones nos gustaron mucho aunque algunas luces no sirvieran ni el sauna, pero la verdad fue lo de menos. Recomendamos mucho este hotel y pensamos volver en próximas ocasiones 🙏

Las instalaciones son viejas si tiene aire acondicionado pero tiene que pedir que lo prendan y es una molestia por qué aveces no lo prenden dejan el garage a oscuras y cuando llegas está súper oscuro no hay conectores de luz a lado de la cama para poder cargar cosas y los pagadores de las luces están puestos en lugares muy raros

Para comenzar no tenían terminal para pagar con tarjeta, me indicaron que fuese a un cajero para poder pagarles, que yo debía cargar con efectivo ; el aíre acondicionado era general y nunca lo encendieron (según ellos si) ; no quisieron darme comprobante de pago
