I’ve always had good experience. But this time check in was a little on the slower side. Maybe computer issues. Not sure. Also AC was not working, we arrived at 2 am., room was stuffy. Turned on AC but it did not cool. 4 am 5am 6 am and no luck. Had a long night.
No reason in telling front desk, because we were not going to move at 4am. Other than that good.
