Pésima recepción.
Llegamos a las 11 súper cansados y nos dice la chica de la recepción que no puede dejarnos entrar porque no había “caído la reserva” le dije que si entonces podía tardar una hora y fresco me dice “si”, pésimo no es mi culpa que si reservas en hoteles.com no les llegue mucho menos cuando les demuestras el n úmero de reserva y confirmación poca actitud de recepción al respecto

Tan poco o nada recomendable, que de plano abandone y me cambio de hotel.
Pésimo lugar, lastima que una cadena con prestigio, se preste para este tipo de MOTEL de PASO.

Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, les falta mantenimiento, el mobiliario ya está muy maltratado, la limpieza de las habitaciones no está al 100, la cochera exageradamente sucia. las toallas estaban rotas.
Lo único salvable es la cama, muy cómoda y sábanas limpias. El desayuno también muy rico y todo el personal muy amable y atento.

Buena atención en la estancia
Recibimos una excelente atencion, el area de jardin junto a la alberca lo aprovechamos un par de dias para descansar y es muy grato. El menu del desayuno es el tradicional, un dia cambiaron los platillos y tenian buen sabor.

Me gusto que tuviera muchas areas verdes. Las camas y las almohadas son muy confortables.
No me gusto que se tapara la coladera de la regadera, la imagen de la recepción es mala (la vestimenta de quien atiende) y que alberca estuviera sucia.
