“Beautiful location… the house was old vibe,old San Juan, beachy, relaxing and overall great! We watched the sunrise and sunset. We were close to bars and restaurants. I have been to the area before and as always the food is amazing! Rompeolas restaurant serves the best monfongo with any combination you choose! I can go on! Overall I loved the experience and the owner was amazing! I locked myself out and they came within 45 min to unlock the door for me! Thank you! ”

“Hidden Gem!Everything about this place was amazing. The scenery was picture-perfect — with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Our group of 20 fit comfortably in the house, and Javier, our host, was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The only downfall was upstairs access and was not aware of this when we booked do it was quite an ordeal getting our luggage up the stairs. But all in all knowing this now I would book again but just pack a bit lighter. ”

“Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. It all worked out but i was very leary if they were scamming me. Home was lovely. Could use a few more items in the kitchen like a toaster. Laundry onsite was very……
