First room smelled like cat urine, blood on the walls and furniture as well as some other unknown substance. They changed our room but that room had a stench of cat urine also with stains on the comforter and the bathroom smelled horrible. We will NEVER stay at another Quality inn. The only issue we had was that the bathroom door did not close all the way due to it being swelled up from the humidity. The pool looked nice but we could not utilize it as we arrived very late. The lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile and we saw her again later and she told us to have safe travels. She was pleasantly accommodating and helpful. We was able to get our room right in front of the pool like we wanted. She brought free towels and rags to our room and made sure we knew she was there to assist us in whatever we needed. However, the rooms are old and in poor condition.
