"The Riad in in the Medina but close enough to the main street so it was easy to find it. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast is very decent Staff was very nice and friendly. We did have an issue the first night I was told they had an issue with their system and that our room was double booked for our first night. We were place at a different riad across the hall/street. We were 5 people and I had intentionally booked with them because they had a room that could accomadate all 5 "

"A peine arrivées et installées dans notre chambre, on nous demande de partir car la chambre était réservée par d autres personnes, je réussi a avoir la patronne de l hôtel au téléphone et là je n en revient pas , elle me dit quelle ne travaille plus avec expédia que ce sont des voleurs car ils font des promos sans avertir les hôteliers, et qu elle leur a envoyé un mail pour annuler ma réservation, ( réservation faite 10 jours avant). "Stay away from this place is a big scam they show different pictures on the website than they take you somewhere else stuff are dishonest place dirty… don’t waste your time and your money the worst experience I ever had "

"He tried to cancel us 2 hours before check in. He said that is because he works with multiple platforms at the same time and had overbooking. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."
