ROOM: View was beautiful, we had 2nd floor right over restaurant, we loved it because we enjoyed the music they played, awesome! You can tell the room floor was not mopped or properly with a clean mop. My grandson took his sandals off and his feet were dark from dirt in 2 seconds. Couch sinks in too much and the pull-out bed is slanted, mattress very very thin.
POOL: Water looked very clean; however, you can tell the staff does not mop around the pool or the hot tub, but both felt great and clean.
Kitchenette: Refrigerator has no small freezer, but very cold. The staff did not restock the flatware; there was 1 spoon and 1 fork for rented room for 4. But everything else was working and fine, we had to seek the staff in the hall to get a set.
STAFF: Arrival- chunky lady, training the young black lady was a bit short and speed talking, very unclear. Tried to go to bed and there were not enough pillows in the room 4 people/only 3 pillows, staff who answered desk was short rude didn't want to look for one, finally agreed to do so. Cleaner banged the room window with his cart woke me up. CHECK OUT: Angie was unknowledgeable of how to check me out with a time and her name and got upset and smart when I repeated her system could do it.
Overall: still a beautiful stay
