“We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius.”

“The property is beautiful. It's a sprawling resort with areas outdoors in the woods near a cascading springs that I enjoyed sitting at. I liked the lobby, the swimming pools and the exercise room. Checking in was easy. You're sat in the very nice lobby and you're greeted with a nice apple lemon ginger juice while the check in is proceeding. The staff is very nice, attentive and professional. La chambre était confortable mais l'odeur qui venait de la salle de bain n'était pas très agréable. C'est peut-être uniquement propre à la chambre du rez de chaussée donnant sur la rue. La qualité de l'hébergement est très largement correcte pour le prix.”

“Very disappointing experience at Zephyr Ifrane. We stayed one week in a two bedroom suite with our family and the apartment was completely invaded by ants everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, living room and even the beds, which made it impossible to sleep. A chemical treatment was applied once but the ants returned the next day even worse. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. Our suite was cleaned only once during the entire week and we constantly had to ask for basic items. For a family of five we……
