Everything about the hotel was good. The only thing that would have made it better was decaf coffee in the bedrooms (there were Nespresso pods but no decaf ones and others in the hotel were not compatible). But hotel was well located and very pleasant.
Everything was great lovely staff - would stay again if I return to aix
It's a very nice hotel. Very good location and nice staff. Really enjoyef my stay there. Recommend it!
The best deal in town . Cloae pf.everything. staff very polite and helpfull.
This is a very nice hotel in the city of Aix, just outside the old town area. Their breakfast is excellent, and dinner as well. The staff is very helpful and friendly to non-french speaking guests. They provided taxi service when needed, clear directions to places to visit. Their pool area and spa ...
The property is beautiful, the staff is very helpful and the rooms are well appointed. I dinged them a little because we were placed in a room next to a serving area where we heard a door slamming pretty regularly. Would be nice if they provided a serve-yourself option for coffee rather than a pod ...
Very welcoming receptionist. Good apartment. Clean and ideal for our last-minute stop-over with our two children.
The staff was very helpful and the location was exceptional. Like many French hotels, the room was very small but as this was a short stay that was not much of a problem. We would visit again
