We had reserved a 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment. There was only one bathroom. The apartment needs to be refreshed. Walls are dirty and the paint could use a new coat. There is mold in the bathtub and a smell of humidity throughout the apartment. The apartment is not soundproof and the noise from the other apartments is quite present. The owner was very helpful with everything and answered promptly to our texts. The apartment is well situated to visit Lisbon.

Excellent hotel with true 4-stars amenities! The breakfast is superb with lots of options for every diet. It’s in a central location close to transportation, shops, and attractions. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The rooms are a good size, and larger than what other nearby hotels are offering. The bathroom is modern and you have an option to use the shower wand or overhead rain shower. I prefer the former as it’s easier to control :) It’s also an eco-friendly hotel with eco-conscious products and policies. I would love to stay there again whenever I’m in Lisbon.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience special and were incredibly kind and helpful with my son throughout our trip. The pool area was beautiful, and one of my favourite moments was enjoying afternoon tea and pastries poolside with the stunning view. The breakfast each morning was amazing, and the location was perfect for exploring while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Such a memorable stay and we would absolutely love to come back someday.
