There was not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room, so I had to go out late at night to buy some. Basic hygiene amenities such as cotton pads or cotton swabs were also not provided, which was a bit disappointing. However, the daily $15 market credit helped make up for some of these shortcomings.
The weather was quite cold during my stay, but the heater in the room did not work effectively, so it felt a bit chilly while sleeping.
On the positive side, the location was very convenient. It was easy to access the subway and buses, and it was close to Times Square and SUMMIT, making it convenient to visit major attractions.

The room was clean and the staff was polite. Minimal amenities (no fridge or coffee), the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, the elevators are very slow, and the lobby smelled like pot occasionally. However, the location and price could not be beat for a clean bed to sleep in right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Would stay again.
