As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit, urine, feces or blood (in or outside the property) will result in a $100 charge.
Each room is equipped with a smart tv, please be sure to log out of all your personal streaming services before checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The neighborhood overall is older with some older houses. There are restaurants at one ebs if the street and a bar at the other. However, there didn't seem to excesses traffic. Late at night there was a little noise from the bar, but not bad. The house was nice and clean and overall in preety good condition. We are planning to stay again.
