They did move us to another room for the second night. We had a suite and it was roomy. Unfortunately, there was no drain plug in the shower or sink, the toilet handle was broken and falling off, and there were no sheets for the sofa bed. We paid for four people in the room and had towels for only two. They were quick to deliver the towels after we asked for them. Would we stay here again? Maybe because of the location. We asked if we could possibly check in early due to leaving for an event and they didn’t have anything ready due to being sold out the night before. She ended up coming to me and telling me she could swap some rooms around and give us one to check into. When I went to that room there had been some miscommunication and that room was not ready yet, which, things happen… she apologized and gave me a different room and also coupons for free breakfast. Everything about the hotel and restaurant was great except the breakfast was a little cold. Our room was across from the laundry room and the staff was yelling, laughing, joking, and slamming doors at 6:30 in the morning.
