I’ve been to several Quality Inns and non were nearly as unkept and dirty. First of all, as soon as you get on to the floor the entire space has a bad odour, I doubt those carpets have ever been properly cleaned. Once in the room, I found blood stains on the sheets and urine stains on the towels. The bathroom door had a hole on the bottom as if someone had kicked it, and the toilet was clearly not cleaned properly. I also got hives from the bed even after changing rooms because my tub was clogged! Not a place I would ever take my family or feel comfortable having my children sleep in, I was travelling alone from Canada so I just put up with it for a couple of nights but I would never return. Honestly shocked at the negligence on behalf of the owners, but I do take responsibility for choosing the “best rate” in the area, because clearly you get what you pay for.
