“Emily is a fantastic host, very responsive to questions, and she offered that our group could borrow their kayaks! The house was super clean, and the large size accommodated our party-size well (7 adults and 1 child). We walked in town, which was pleasantly quiet, got coffee at nearby Bigbys, ran on the rail trail and played at the outdoor park. Frankenmuth is an easy 15-20 minute drive from the house. Highly recommend!”

“This is a terrific place to stay. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. The living area and dining areas are wonderful for the group to gather comfortably. Hot tub and foos ball table, what else would you need for entertainment. The location in Bay City is close to great restaurants too.This was our second stay this year. The only down side was the space was cooled by small window AC. Since it was so hot outside the units had a hard time keeping the space cool in the evening when sleeping.”

“We were attending a concert in Saginaw a needed a place to stay for one night. We looked at hotels then came across The Tanner Building apartment. It was perfect! I loved the idea of staying in a building that was built in 1867. Inside the apartment was exactly like the pictures we saw online. Very neat and clean. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and everything worked as it should. The location was great and very walkable to shops and restaurants. There is even a Pub right next door.……
