Staff was great, especially Monika at the front desk. However, the property is showing its age. The non-renovated rooms were worn out and in need of complete redo. We were first given such a room and switched to a slightly smaller renovated room, which was brighter and had hard wood floors and far better. However, the materials used (e.g. closet) were cheap and workmanship in the room was not great and will not last well. Having an espresso machine was a positive. We also dined at the Asian restaurant which was ok. Once upon a time the hotel restaurants were quite good.

We had a fantastic time as we stepped in through the entrance door. The reception staffs are very helpful. As we’re early 10am they gave us two rooms by 11am.
