Pros: there is near by shops, tour operator in the lobby, service is ok. Cons: far away from main attractions, the furniture needs to be refreshed, the taols had rips . They don't allow outside food delivery to your room, the bed and pillows are hard.

Great location. You are close to the beach, shopping and dining. I can't save enough good things about the staff. Very friendly! Pro tip: There is Spinney's grocery store within a 10 min walk. You can get beer/alcohol there. Just go around to the back and bring your passport.

Sub par service standard. Over 3 times at breakfast, 3 different staffers will verify your room number. Overall the staff are friendly, don’t get me wrong. Yet they lack training and professionalism that one expects in Dubai.
