Bilal at the concierge and supper friendly was great
The first room we had had a mold like smell and made us sick , the carpet was outdated and dirty ( the whole hotel carpet). We had a water leak in the bathroom from the above floor while my daughter was in the shower. It took over 5 hours to have a new room . The breakfast was just ok . The music coming from the 3rd floor bar/lounge was too loud that we could heard it from the room
