"Hello, I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts about my recent stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and found the experience pleasant. However, I did encounter a bit of a challenge during the check-in process. When I arrived, there was only one person at the front desk assisting guests. At the same time, a group of women were checking in together and had quite a few questions for the staff member, which understandably took a bit longer to address. As a result, I ended up waiting in line for about twenty minutes, even though it was just four women checking into the same room ahead of me. This was the only aspect of my stay that I found less than ideal, and I wanted to mention it in case there might be ways to streamline the check-in process for future guests. "We stayed a couple of nights here on full board basis. We arrive duting lunch time but no buffet!! They sent us to a pub they have on site and told us to ordet from the menu, went to the pub and we were refused(as we had 3 kids) and sent back to the reception. Then they sent us to the main restaurant and gave us a set menu to order from, the order took 1 HOUR 45MINS to arrive, we left most of the food as we were not hungry anymore. The dinner option was minimal. I understand the situation in the middle east is not ideal right now but why would would sell a product that you can't deliver??? The breakfast was much better and we actually enjoyed. The location of the hotel is really good, pool area was ok, nothing special. The rooms are very small and old but they were clean. Staff were polite but service wasn't good enough. This is a 3 stars hotel at best."

"Radisson Blu is a reliable brand, so all of the good stuff they are known for plus being right across the street from their lovely beach resort, and right in the middle of down town Abu Dhabi."

"Very disappointed with the hotel. Constant irritations one after another: waiting for check-in, then room access card not working, about to take shower only to realize there are zero towels available (had to go out and request towels from housekeeping), then getting feet wet due to leaking bidet hose, and cherry on top lights not working in the morning due to electrical power issues (due to storm). Better to check other newer or better maintained hotels. Plenty to choose from out there."
