“From check-in to check-out, the Petra Pillars was outstanding! The room was beautifully decorated and the terrace overlooking the pool was an added bonus. We did massages, steam/sauna and scrubs and felt relaxed for hours after. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the food was delicious! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!”

This status is a 5 because the staff was superb. They answered my questions timely ahead of my visit and made sure I had a good time. I’m fully aware of the location, and this is not the Ritz. It met my expectations for the night. It’s glamping. I had an issue with WiFi and the Internet. I’m sure had I said something, it would have been resolved, but I was too tired from my walk around Petra and the Treasury. It’s was a good stay. Thank You. I would visit again. ”

“It is a new hotel and is very nice and clean. Good breakfast. Location is great to the Petra gate (you do need a taxi). Owner and son are very helpful. There are two floors to the hotel. There is no elevator. So you do have to carry luggage upstairs - it is wide outside stairs so it is convenient”
