This property was a pleasant entry point into Alexandria. Near the airport, availability was immediate. While still in development, the property was well managed and the desk person next morning was most helpful in arranging for a taxi into the city despite our language barrier. Thank you to the owners and staff.

Overall it was a good stay. I would've given it 4.5 stars if I could. The only thing I don't like is how high off the ground the bathtubs are. Very unnaturally high and one might easily hurt themselves going in or out of it. There was no bag in the bathroom garbage can and under the bed was really dusty. I also didn't appreciate that I had to pay extra to use the hot tub. I would go there again.

The property is well kept and the staff provides a good customer service.

The Staff are amazing, the facilities are wonderful. It’s a great place to stay in.

The good: Decent breakfast, nice pool (closes as early as 6:30pm), private beach, view from the room balcony, friendly bellman and breakfast staff. The not so good: Loud DJ music and noise by the pool area just below our room late into the night despite complaining to the front office about it. Thankfully I had ear plugs to dampen the noise and go to sleep. Dirty carpet and bed sheet/pillow cases in our room with hair and dark stains, leading to a room change after complaining to the general manager who apologized for the room’s condition but thought it could be related to the washing machine. One of the pool attendants or life guards was rude to my significant other taking away an umbrella she was using by the pool area without asking her or acknowledging her presence or apologizing even after she let him know she was using that umbrella.
