We enjoyed our family vacation here! It was affordable and nice. We especially enjoyed only one TV being available in the living room. Our 3 boys didn’t pack any electronics and it was nice to unplug and spend quality family time together! The rooms were nice, it was clean! Worth every single penny!

Home sweet home!

Our condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook and wash our clothes. The Rio Grand river is right out your back door and just the sound is amazing. The condo is right across the street from revolution rail and accesse to utv/ATV trails without having to trailer to a place to unload as long as you get your flag and sticker from the visitor center. It's also close the the local liquor store. The manager Beau was very friendly and suggested areas to explore and made sure we were enjoying our stay very nice guy. Will definitely be staying here again.

right on river

the best part is the location. Right on the river and right off the highway like right off Super easyto find. Needs a bit of upkeep. The furnace filter was very dirty there was dust in heating vents and everyone in my party was sneezing and sneezing. Beds comfortable.
