The breakfast was fine pool and hot tub were good and it was clean enough,though We did have a few Elm seed bugs that were dead on the floor next to our window. It did not bother us. The weight room and laundry room were clean, rooms & bathrooms in your room were clean! I have not been in a hotel in a very long time that was this clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Friendly front desk staff and decent breakfast options. ##### 真实旅客 2025 年 8 月入住 1 晚 ### 2/10 糟糕 #### Khembar 2025 年 8 月 19 日 不满意：住宿条件和设施，清洁度 On arrival learned we did not have a first floor room and there was no elevator, suite was on second floor all the way to the end- moved a Suburbans worth of stuff to the room (was in the 90's and at high altitude for us sea level people) Wife went to flip a dirty cushion on the couch to reveal a bloody, body fluid filled cushion. called the desk and they said they would provide another room, down the stairs, back up the stairs all the way on the end of the other upper level. I stated I didn't want to move all of my items that far and they said , so sorry and that was all they could do- not that they would assist etc. I then stated I would would just cancel. Staff after about 30 minutes of me moving stuff back to car stated that they were going to charge me for the first night. I eventually spoke with the Manager who stated that they were in fact going to charge the first night because they offered a room to us. She stated her staff would have helped move our stuff even though they did not offer to assist. Manager also stated she would contact Expedia so I didn't have to. 3 weeks later I contacted Expedia and at least got the other charges removed. was very dirty with rear door propped open with Pine cones. Right on the main road, but it was very quiet. Many reviewed how clean the facility was which was part of the reason we picked this place. The room was clean but the rest of the place definitely needed vacuuming. Another issue, we were given a room key but were not told what side the room was on. We ended up walking across the entire facility with all of our luggage to get to our room. There are no elevators so that may be good to know. Also, our fridge had to be turned on upon arrival. I am a breastfeeding mother and had to wait for the fridge to get cold to be able to store milk. In the meantime, I had to walk downstairs and all the way across the building to get to the ice machine to keep my milk cold as there was only one machine in the facility. Not very convenient. The room looked nice but the bed was not very comfortable and pillows were rock hard. Overall, not terrible. But not great. Also we dont like the sink outside the bathroom. Some hotels still have this. Other then that the hotel was very nice.
