Front desk reception was very rood especially there were a guy that didnt help with any thing we asked him how can we get tour from hotel he told us he doesn’t know how. Even he didnt tell anything ghat where can we get the tour he didnt help at all. And also the day we arrived we tip the other guy that was helping us to bring our luggage in the room he gave it back and told us that tip is not enough and this is look like u tip a kid so i dont want it after that we had to tip him more that i think this is not professional at all. You need to work on your staff that how great a guest we dont come there for free that you guys treat your guests like that we pay money
Good hotel. Overall everything has been ehat we expected.
Will visit again and hopefully they will do something about the beach as it is half sand and half rocks and not very even.
It was excellent food mostly good especially dinner

No conditioners everywhere except room. Horrible hot 109 F and no conditioner in the building. Stuff not help at all. Not let bring food to room. All inclusive resort but when ask bring burgers for kids to room they charge $90 they took just these burgers from buffet where everything free.
Staff very helpful, top class! Good entertainment!
