"Enjoyed my stay, rooms were very clean and so was the bathroom. Was a great place to lay my head after running around Seattle and Washington all day for a decent price. "
"Great little place to lay your head. Bed was comfy, pillows were great. Mini fridge in room. If you dont mind sharing a kitchen it was a wonderful stay.
Minutes away by uber to downtown. Restaurants nearby were great amd a grocery store 3 blocks down the road. "
"This is not private accommodation. It's a private room with shared kitchen and communal spaces. I called to ask if I could get a refund as the ad said that the entire place was private and they wouldn't give me a refund. Felt pretty misled. Had to book another hotel. "
"The property sat on one of the highest hills with the perfect side by side corner window view of the city overlooking sunsets. We’ve not missed a single one, it was gorgeous!
To get to this property was very easy, and inside we got everything needed. Fully stocked kitchen, ample natural light, all amenities and free extras as well. The building itself was super quiet so we slept soundly. Vince the host, equipped the kitchen with enough espresso, I was in mini coffee heaven. There’s a grocery,...
"Horrible accommodations it was totally freezing. There’s a half inch gap in every window. The front screen door has a 2 inch gap the freeway is cars are on the side of the house. You hear it all day and all night no blankets were provided. Blowup mattress turned into a taco in two hours. The so-called futon couch is meant for a child and didn’t open up. We ended up spending $800 on two other hotels just to get some sleep. The shower fills up to your ankles just an overall horrible time. I had...
"Pros:
Great location to tourist sights.
Clean facilities.
Walkable neighborhood
Easy public transportation
Con’s:
Homeless everywhere
People openly using drugs on the street
Felt unsafe stepping outside after dark. "

"Parking options suck because you have to walk about a block and a half, the rooms are super small and basic, but give you what you need, everything is clean, and it was actually pretty quiet"
" When we go to another concert, we will definitely book again. The proximity to Climate Pledge is fantastic. My daughter and I walked to brunch the next morning and never felt uncomfortable in the area.
Staff were nice, helpful and friendly and parking was easy and affordable. Even though we checked out at 11, the property had no problem letting us keep our vehicle there while we went to eat. "
"They don't have someone at the front desk. Text them and they will come down and let you in, and set you up so you can enter on your own once you commit to staying. The place doesn't have any elevators so be aware of this if it's an issue.
"
"Great location close to bars, restaurants, Pike’s Place, the pier and the ballpark! The complimentary breakfast was from a small cafe restaurant next door and it was excellent!! "
