"This is not private accommodation. It's a private room with shared kitchen and communal spaces. I called to ask if I could get a refund as the ad said that the entire place was private and they wouldn't give me a refund. Felt pretty misled. Had to book another hotel. "

"Horrible accommodations it was totally freezing. There’s a half inch gap in every window. The front screen door has a 2 inch gap the freeway is cars are on the side of the house. " When we go to another concert, we will definitely book again. The proximity to Climate Pledge is fantastic. My daughter and I walked to brunch the next morning and never felt uncomfortable in the area.
Staff were nice, helpful and friendly and parking was easy and affordable. Even though we checked out at 11, the property had no problem letting us keep our vehicle there while we went to eat. "
