"We loved our stay at this hotel so much that we came back a second time! The property is very well-managed. All employees are nice, polite, smiling, and genuinely care about guest experiences! From the bell boy, to reception, and housekeeping, they all do their job in an excellent way! We saw MANY returning guests, which speaks volumes about how great this place is! The rooms are spacious and clean with great views, the breakfast has so many options to choose from and all fresh and tasty! The beaches, pool, tennis court, ping pong tables, volleyball court, all great facilities! Very family friendly, quiet, clean, and comfortable! We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place! Won’t disappoint!"

"Our best stay on the Cami de Ronda by far. Stunning hotel, amazing location, super friendly staff, spotlessly clean and exceptional value for money. "Title: Blood stains in bathroom + forced to wait until 7pm – No refund"Hotel website says check-in at 2pm. We arrived at 2:30pm but were not allowed into the room until 7pm (over 4 hours later). When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all." "
