Villa Anna is an impressive holiday home with a privileged location in Albufeira, and just a 15-minute walk from the centre and a short drive from the charming historic centre of Albufeira and the beautiful Peneco and Pescadores beaches. This well-decorated and cosy property is the ideal escape for a relaxing holiday in the sun with family and friends.



This incredible holiday home benefits from air conditioning in all 7 bedrooms which are distributed across 1 double room with a double bed, 5 twin rooms with 2 single beds each, 1 quadruple room equipped with 2 bunk beds, with a maximum occupancy of 16 + 4 guests. There are also 5 bathrooms throughout the house.



The kitchen, of family dimensions, modern and fully equipped with coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, ironing board and iron.



The living/dining rooms are spacious, well-decorated and comfortable, to welcome the entire family. A wide terrace offers beautiful views over the city of Albufeira. A games room is also available with table tennis and a snooker table, for entertainment during long summer nights.



The outdoor area offers a fabulous swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), and is set within a well-maintained garden, with a patio and a barbecue area ideal for outdoor meals.



Right next to Villa Anna and its sister villa Villa Pauline. Both properties can be booked simultaneously for large groups.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 16 guests

From the 17th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
