This villa offers a swimming pool with optional heating (payable extra), a sun-soaked terrace, and outdoor furniture—perfect for relaxation. Set over two floors and surrounded by beautifully maintained grounds, it features panoramic, sea, garden, and pool views, including breath-taking sunsets and sunrises.  
Indoors, the villa is well-equipped with air conditioning in the lounge, Wi-Fi, smart TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The kitchen boasts a coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, and all the essentials for dining in. Comfortable sofas provide a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploration.  
The villa includes private parking, a garage, and a lovely garden, ensuring privacy and tranquillity. With pool towels provided and a friendly reception nearby for any assistance, your stay will be both luxurious and effortless.

Loved the comfort and layout. Having a private garden and sea views made it a dream base for our Algarve trip. A little walk to the shops but otherwise perfect for relaxing stays.

A great location close to Praia dos Arrifes. The heated pool was a treat and the villa felt very private. Everything was clean and modern, reception staff were friendly and available for anything we needed.

Villa Maris gave us exactly what we were after: a quiet, clean, and cozy place to unwind. It’s well-equipped and the heated pool was spotless. The surrounding area is scenic and peaceful.

Compact but well designed. The lounge and kitchen were spacious for two and the en-suite bedroom was comfortable. We enjoyed every sunset from the balcony.
