Villa Lion Beach is a spacious and inviting holiday home perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing stay in the Algarve. Nestled in a quiet area of Albufeira, it offers comfort, privacy and easy access to beautiful beaches, shops and local amenities. The open-plan living and dining area provides a welcoming space to unwind and enjoy time together. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub for added convenience during your stay. Upstairs, the villa features three bedrooms. One with a double bed and two single beds en suite with a bathtub, another with a double bed and one single bed en suite with a bathtub, and the third with a double bed and two single beds, ideal for large families or groups who value space and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. The villa also includes a games room with a pool table and table football, ensuring entertainment for all ages. Outside you’ll find a private heatable pool (extra cost), an outdoor dining area and a portable BBQ, perfect for sunny days and relaxing Algarve evenings. Located just a few minutes from Albufeira’s beaches, shops and restaurants, Villa Lion Beach is the ideal retreat for a comfortable and carefree holiday. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 11 guests From the 12th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
