“Lovely property. Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. I had to ask three different people to fix the safe before it was fixed. Dining staff was extremely slow with picking up dishes and the food was not very flavourful for……

“Loverly riverside terrace with plenty of seating areas. Breakfast is wide ranging but can be a bit of hard work finding all the choices and very busy on weekends. Club Lounge fills up quickly when complimentary drinks and snacks appear. Very effective air con in rooms. But in comparison to other local hotels, we would always stay here.”

“The room was nice and clean, beds were very comfy and I asked for a fridge,which was in our room when we got there (albeit very small…but it did the job) Parking was fab,loads of spaces. Breakfast was amazing,all the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and happy smiling faces. Reception staff were great along with the bar staff.”

“The Ettington Park hotel is an extraordinary English Family Castle with a great & long history. Our stay in this hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Despite belated arrival at night, we were all welcomed by their staff with thoughfully arranged dinner & wine & porter services of many bulk luggage.
