The location of the hotel is great, walkable to all attractions (except Belém) and the good restaurants. Staff was friendly. The room is really quiet. Good night sleeps.

Excellent property, in a quiet scenic neighborhood. A small oasis inside the gate. With very helpful staff and a nice breakfast.

Room was clean, housekeeping very good, but shower cubicle too small (room 112), cant speak for any other room. This room is also above the bar which plays music in the evenings, so bear that in mind if you are allocated it. Could do with better placement of one of the two plug sockets in this room. Breakfast was excellent, hot and cold selections. We found the luggage storage very handy. This hotel is located off a steep hill, but more the bottom end of the hill, bear that in mind if you have difficulty walking up hill, albeit it it is a very short distance up hill to walk, but failing that you can always get a taxi to the door. Location to transport modes, shops and restaurants was also excellent, all within 5 - 10 min walk. Overall satisfactory I would recommend this hotel and stay again, but in a different room. If I had a different room I may have rated it higher, but an alternative wasn't offered.

Extremely welcoming staff, it’s a great boutique hotel

The property is superior…the staff, so accommodating! They helped us with booking shuttles, getting to out tour meeting places and providing us with a boxed breakfast for our early flight home. We highly recommend this hotel. The Rooftop restaurant and terrace were very romantic and the food and wine were fabulous. This is our second stay and will not be our last!
